## 这些内容怎么核实

如果无法追溯来源，企业自家网站上的客户评价基本没有价值。这些评价是这样做到可追溯的。

1. **每条评价都链接到外部** - 每张卡片都标明来源平台并直接链接过去。Google、Trustpilot、Clutch 与 LinkedIn 都会显示撰写者的真实资料和日期。这里没有任何一条是我们自己敲出来的引述。
2. **我们不发布星级评分标记** - 搜索引擎很乐意展示企业为自己写的评分。我们在本站有意不输出 Review 或 AggregateRating 结构化数据，因为自行发布的评分作为证据毫无价值。你看到的分数属于各平台，也留在各平台。
3. **评价是怎么来的** - 我们只在交付时问一次，那时客户已经看得到自己拿到了什么。我们从不修改文字，从不拿它换折扣，也从不把差评追成好评。用德语写的评价保持德语，并配有翻译切换。
4. **背后的数字在哪里** - 评价告诉你与我们合作的感受，但不告诉你交付了什么。那部分在 [案例研究](/zh/case-studies/) 里，包含约束条件、取舍与结果。

### 这些评价是真的吗？

是真的，而且你不用问我们就能逐条核实。每张卡片都链接到 Google、Trustpilot、Clutch 或 LinkedIn 上的原文，撰写者资料与发布日期都是公开的。无法追溯到平台的引述，不会出现在这个页面上。

### 为什么这个页面没有总体星级评分？

因为企业自己发布的评分证明不了任何事。Google 认为自我服务型的评价标记不符合条件，我们认同这个理由，所以一条也不输出。平台分数在上方卡片中可见，也存在于平台本身。

### 你们删过差评吗？

我们删不了。它们在 Google、Trustpilot、Clutch 和 LinkedIn 上，不在我们的服务器上。我们也不想删，因为清一色五星的墙本身就是一个危险信号。

### 我可以直接和客户聊吗？

可以。把你的情况告诉我们，我们会去问一位情况相似的客户是否愿意接受通话。我们总是先征求对方同意，也确实有人会拒绝。
