产品分析与实验

# 看清用户如何使用产品，再验证哪些改变真正有帮助。

注册量增长，并不代表用户已经获得产品价值。我们把用户行为连接到有意义的结果，修复不可靠的埋点，并评估一项改动是否值得向更多用户发布。

产品分析与实验将行为事件、漏斗、用户群组分析和受控测试结合起来，为现有产品的改进决策提供依据。

## 从一个实际的产品问题开始

先选择一个需要回答的问题：用户在哪里放弃引导流程，哪项功能帮助他们完成首次有效使用，或新的结账流程是否改善订单完成情况。我们共同定义观察人群、时间范围和结果。 [数据工程](/zh/services/data-engineering/) 负责分析基础设施；本服务负责产品内的行为测量及其支持的决策。

## 让同一个事件始终表达同一件事

我们检查现有分析系统，记录事件名称和属性，衔接匿名与登录后的使用路径，并实现约定流程的埋点。敏感字段从设计阶段排除。验收检查重复事件、漏报、同意状态变化和多次会话。交付包括事件字典、实现改动以及可追溯的测试记录。

## 先制定实验规则，再查看结果

受控实验需提前确定假设、分组单位、主要结果、保护指标和停止方法。功能开关支持逐步发布和回退。我们会先判断流量与预期效果是否足以支持有效测试。对于访问量较少的产品， [UX 审核](/zh/services/ux-audit/) 中的用户观察可能比无法得出结论的 A/B 测试更有价值。

## 验收示例：邀请同事加入工作区

假设一个协作产品更改邀请页面。事件必须区分“发出邀请”和“同事实际加入”，测试账号与重复点击不能虚增激活量。用户应始终保留在原实验组中，模拟的埋点故障应阻止不完整数据进入分析。此示例验证测量与控制，不代表已取得转化率提升。

## 留下团队能够重复执行的分析方法

你将收到追踪方案、漏斗与群组定义、实验配置，以及说明不确定性的发布建议。我们带团队复跑分析，并识别版本更新后出现的追踪问题。开始前需要产品与分析访问权限、同意管理要求和决策负责人。后续实验另行约定，账号和实现始终由你掌控。

### 必须更换现有分析平台吗？

只有当现有工具无法在运营与隐私要求下回答约定问题时，才考虑更换。我们先判断能否修复埋点和指标定义。

### 能保证结果具有统计显著性吗？

不能。有效实验也可能无法发现明确差异。交付是可信测量和有依据的建议，包括继续收集证据或停止实验。

### 这属于转化率优化吗？

可以涵盖转化，也可以研究激活、重复使用、留存和功能采用。我们先确定产品结果，再选择实验。

### 谁决定是否发布？

由你指定的产品负责人决定。我们提供证据、实际影响和发布建议，并在约定范围内实施获准改动。
