Soundromeda 是一款音乐动作冒险游戏。creative-first 工作室、小团队、大目标，以及一个必须变成真正产品的 vibe-coded 原型。

## 挑战是什么？

Vibe-coded 脚手架：主路径能跑，其它地方都会断。小型 creative-first 工作室，没有重写预算。资助委员会即将查看构建。QA 必须找到真正重要的 bug、暴露真实风险，并把产品加固到资助方愿意支持的状态，同时不能强加工作室负担不起的重构。

## 我们做了什么决定？

### 客户原本只期待修几个 bug。脱离主路径后要做的远不止这些。我们一起把它修好了。

> 客户来时的期望是处理几个 bug，以便拿下下一轮资助。我们在底下发现的是：脱离主路径，产品需要做的远不止一份 bug 清单。我们一开始就把这件事坦白说清楚。接下来是几周的协作式 bug 发现、按严重程度分级的分类，以及与工作室一起做出的修复，而不是替他们做，这样他们能维护我们建起来的东西。下一笔资助没资助一个 pitch。它资助了一个挺过真实测试的产品。

## 我们做了什么

小工作室、没有重写预算、资助截止日期。我们按用户可见风险分级 bug，而不是按代码整洁度，关闭了对的那一百个，留下了错的那一千个。跨游戏流程的持续 bug 发现与复现、按发布优先级排序的分级分类、修复验证，以及把原型推到资助委员会愿意支持状态的加固工作。代码美学推后。下一笔资助到了。
