## 挑战是什么？

文化机构不断被各种区块链点子包围。大多数撑不过预算现实、观众期待，或者机构本身的使命。SKD 需要一个外部团队：对技术理解足够深，能把真正的用例和营销素材分开，而且愿意以书面形式对后者说不。

## 我们做了什么决定？

### 为博物馆而做的工作坊，不是为投资人路演而做。

> 艺术领域的公共机构有非常具体的要求：采购周期、董事会审批、对公共资金的问责、面向公众的使命。一场通用的区块链工作坊在那间会议室里推不动任何一个决策。我们围绕他们的约束来组织，先看预算现实、再看机构内部能批准什么、最后才看技术。结束时他们拿到的，是真正能启动自己计划的工具，而不是关于别人项目的幻灯片。

## 我们做了什么

一家正在评估被 hype 包围的技术的机构客户。我们把合作的大部分时间花在排除那些撑不过一个预算周期的用例，而不是搭一个难以执行的可选性路线图。多场工作坊：面向他们团队的 Web3 教育、一次技术深潜、一场战略工作坊，外加分布在 2023 和 2024 两年间的咨询会议。基于文化机构现实的业务用例评估。范围比原始请求更小，并对那一两个值得试点的用例有了清晰判断。
