MyMerch 是一家位于德国基姆湖的商品定制与按需印刷品牌。他们通过 Shopify 在十多家店铺销售定制服装与品牌周边。

## 挑战是什么？

MyMerch 在两处持续流失资金。交付环节存在反复出现的人为错误，每次错发都造成真实损失。Shopify 店铺白白漏掉转化。他们需要外部视角来判断该先动哪一块，而不是一个会提出花六个月重写一个已经在跑的业务的供应商。

## 我们做了什么决定？

### 大问题，小修，有意为之。

> 他们带着真实的出血点找上门：每一次错发都在烧钱的交付错误，以及一个原本运转良好却在持续漏掉转化的 Shopify 店铺。多数供应商会推销半年重写。我们没有。我们指出造成痛感的那两三处交接，自动化交付的手工步骤，对 Shopify Liquid 做了外科手术式的改动来抬升转化。

## 我们做了什么

一个运转中的 Shopify 业务在两个具体位置漏掉利润。我们拒绝重写任何东西。盯住并自动化那些反复出现人为错误的手工交付步骤。围绕 Shopify Liquid 做有针对性的工作，用会累积的小修小补提升转化。定期会面，决定接下来动什么、留下什么、升级什么。效率回来，转化抬升，没有重写税。
