Wavect Venture Office

# Your company. Built for you.

Tell us the business you want to build. We turn the goal into a product, launch and real market tests, coordinating the departments you would otherwise have to hire and manage. One accountable lead runs the work. You keep ownership and approve the decisions that matter.

- Named venture lead
- Code and accounts stay yours
- Not blown away? Refund

Venture charter Agreed in writing before start

One venture

Venture Office in one paragraph

Wavect Venture Office builds your company for you: a premium weekly service that brings the functions your venture needs under one accountable lead, from product and technology to marketing, sales experiments and operations. We execute the agreed plan, launch and test it in the market. You keep ownership and approve goals, budgets and material decisions. Legal formation and licensed advice are coordinated separately when needed.

Built for

- Funded founders who want the venture built, not another team to manage
- Corporate new-venture owners who need one accountable partner from product to launch
- Owners ready to approve budgets and decisions weekly, in writing

Better elsewhere

- Teams that want to manage developers themselves
- The search for the cheapest possible MVP
- Equity-for-work or legal co-founder arrangements

// 01

## One goal. One lead. Every discipline.

You bring the goal, for example an e-commerce marketplace. We bring and coordinate the functions needed to build it, launch it and test demand. The charter names the work, team and budget across these seven areas. You can be more involved, but you do not have to manage the departments.

You hand in

One goal

Objective, budget frame and the decisions only you can make.

Named venture lead

1. **Product and research** - CPO-level leadership, customer interviews, business model, priorities and evidence for build, pivot or stop decisions.
2. **Design and brand** - User journeys, prototypes, interfaces, positioning and the brand assets your launch needs.
3. **Technology and quality** - Architecture, software, useful AI, integrations, QA, security, deployment and recovery.
4. **Marketing and sales** - Launch copy, channels, campaigns, sales materials and first customer-acquisition experiments.
5. **Operations and customers** - Customer onboarding, support workflows, tools, operating processes and a documented handover.
6. **People and partners** - Role planning, hiring coordination and specialist sourcing, briefing and management.
7. **Finance and learning** - Business planning, budgets, unit-economics hypotheses, measurement and next-step recommendations. Licensed advice is coordinated separately.

You receive

One decision brief

Every week: recommended choices, evidence, spend and risks, built for a 45-minute review.

Every stream on your desk

Hiring, briefing, contracts, handoffs and conflicting advice become your job.

With the Venture Office, Wavect coordinates every discipline inside a written charter and brings you one weekly decision. Managing it yourself, you would hire, brief, contract and reconcile each discipline on your own.

### The right expertise, brought in for you

Where useful and needed, we bring in suitable experts from our network. We confirm their fit, qualifications and availability before committing. Wavect remains responsible for coordination. Experts delivering the included scope are covered by the agreed professional fee; separately excluded specialist services need your budget approval first.

## Your week: one brief, a 45-minute target

We handle coordination and bring you prepared decisions. Our target is 45 minutes of routine weekly review across you and your delegates, including reading and replies. Allow 120 minutes for initial onboarding, included in the professional fee. We agree any exceptional owner or operator sessions before booking.

Before every booked week or fixed milestone, we agree goals, deliverables, acceptance checks, dependencies, the review date and covered fees in writing. The brief shows evidence against that plan. Experiments promise properly executed tests and honest findings, not a predetermined market response.

45 min / week

Target for you and your delegates, reading included

### Only you approve

- The venture objective
- Budget and material scope changes
- External spend, contracts and data access
- Legal and regulated decisions
- The public launch
- Any residual risk we ask you to accept

### We handle, within written authority

- Planning, sequencing and trade-offs inside the charter
- Research logistics, recruitment and scheduling
- Design, build, testing and release
- Specialist coordination within approved budgets
- Preparing every decision you need to make

### Weekly decision brief

Same structure every week

- **Silence is not approval** - No contract, spend or risk is accepted because you did not reply. We wait, or we escalate.
- **Our preparation, our problem** - If poor preparation on our side makes you miss the time target two weeks in a row, we improve it at no added fee. We never hand the coordination back to you.

// 03

## From first decision to first market evidence

The route is the same whether you start with a sprint or go straight to weekly cycles. Its length depends on the venture, on research and on vendor lead times. We will not pretend those compress on command.

1. **Decide** - Optional sprint, 10 business days - Thesis, riskiest assumptions, available evidence, a prototype where helpful, a bounded plan and budget, test design and a build, pivot or stop call.
2. **Build** - Weekly cycles - One active product delivery stream, shipped into your accounts and reviewed in the weekly brief.
3. **Launch** - Approved by you - Positioning, copy, QA and release coordinated so the launch is measurable from the first visitor.
4. **Test and decide** - Agreed window and stop date - We run the first market experiments, analyse them and recommend: continue, pivot, test again or stop.

### Every market test is agreed before it starts

We run the test and deliver valid observations with analysis. A clear no is a valid result. Too little participation is reported as inconclusive, never dressed up as validation.

If we fail to launch or measure a test, that is our failure, not market uncertainty. If the evidence says stop, we recommend stopping, with your approval, instead of selling you indefinite observation or more build.

Market test protocol

Signed before launch

1. Hypothesis
2. Audience
3. Channel
4. Recruitment
5. Approved budget
6. Test window
7. Stop date
8. Instrumentation
9. Evidence that counts

Honest results

- **Signal** The evidence supports the hypothesis.
- **No demand** A valid result, and budget saved.
- **Inconclusive** Named as such, with what it would take to decide.

## One weekly rate, two optional fixed scopes

One reserved team, led around your goal. Prices are net; VAT and approved external budgets are separate.

The office

### Weekly venture cycle

€40,000 per week, net, VAT extra

Done-for-you company building within one agreed charter: one venture, its initial segment, market and launch proposition, and one active product delivery stream. We execute and coordinate the required functions, with the actual team and weekly commitments agreed before booking.

- Named venture lead and reserved team, agreed before start
- Fast Lane priority included in the weekly fee
- Cancel any future week, no exit fee

Optional start

### Venture Decision Sprint

€35,000 fixed, net, 10 business days

From a booked, ready start: thesis, riskiest assumptions, evidence review, prototype or concept where helpful, bounded plan and budget, test design and a build, pivot or stop recommendation.

- Skipped if your existing groundwork qualifies
- May recommend not building
- No automatic move into weekly cycles

Optional phase

### Launch Contract

Quoted personally fixed price for a qualified scope

When a phase is clear enough to fix, a fixed price replaces weekly billing for that phase entirely. Coordination, QA and launch inside that scope are included. Each fixed milestone has written deliverables, acceptance checks and an identified satisfaction-protected fee.

- No weekly fee while it runs
- Weekly cycles resume only by written agreement
- No universal price, quoted per venture

A purchasing illustration

€35,000 + 8 × €40,000 **€355,000** Illustrative total, net

For budgeting only, before VAT and approved external budgets. It is not a timeline, not a launch date and not a minimum term. You can stop after any week.

### How billing stays clean

- Each deliverable is billed once.
- Corrections to sprint work are not charged again.
- Standard Wavect modules inside the weekly scope are not add-on fees.
- A Launch Contract replaces weekly billing for its phase; it never runs on top.
- Fast Lane priority sits inside the weekly fee, not on top of it.

### What one weekly fee does not mean

- Not unlimited work or parallel projects: one venture, one active delivery stream.
- Not every role full-time: the team is reserved in the charter and sized to the work.
- Not company formation and not a guaranteed business outcome.

// 05

## Clear commitments. Our fees on the line.

Every booked week and fixed-price milestone starts with written commitments and money-back protection. You can see what was promised, how acceptance is checked and which fees the guarantee covers.

1. **Cancel any future week** - No exit fee and no long lock-in. The product and its documentation stay with you.
2. **Not blown away? Refund.** - Ask, with no explanation, and we refund the latest paid weekly fee or the agreed fixed-price milestone within 10 business days.
3. **Measurable work. Clear fee protection.** - We agree acceptance checks before starting. Failed work gets one correction and retest within 5 business days, then unearned fees are waived or returned within 10 business days if it still fails. The no-questions satisfaction refund is available independently, without waiting for correction.

[Read every condition](#vo-faq)

Fast Lane, included

### More done per week. Or the same goal sooner.

Fast Lane funds reserved capacity, coordination and parallel delivery so we can complete more agreed work in the same period, or reach the same milestone sooner. In Venture Office, that capacity and its speed premium sit inside the weekly fee. Before booking, we agree the deliverable bundle, standard and accelerated dates, identical acceptance checks and the refundable allocation.

Example: 3 weeks at €40,000 contain 3 × €5,000 = €15,000 of speed premium, inside the fee, not on top.

Miss the booked date and we refund the whole accumulated premium for that milestone within 10 business days, not just the last week's share. Base work and your other guarantees continue; the same fee is never refunded twice.

No booked milestone, no speed premium. Fast Lane does not compress research, market observation or vendor lead times.

## Yours from day one, clear at the edges

No equity is required. You control what is built and the evidence it produced.

### Yours

- Source code, cloud and tool accounts under your control
- Research data and evidence in your workspace
- Project IP as agreed, transferred with payment
- Background IP and third-party licences named up front
- Documentation and operator handover kept current
- No stop fee and no exit fee

### Outside the fee, approved first

Paid from pass-through budgets you approve. Never charged automatically, never marked up in secret.

- Media and advertising
- Participant incentives
- Cloud consumption
- Paid licences
- Lawyers, notaries and legal formation
- Specialist audits
- Salaries, employer costs and recruitment-agency fees for your venture’s own hires

### What we do not do

- Guarantee demand, revenue, fundraising or profit
- Act as your legal co-founder or found your legal entity by default
- Give legal, tax or regulated advice; we coordinate licensed professionals instead

// 07

## Is this the right way to buy?

This is a premium service for cash-funded ventures with a real budget. If you would rather keep managing the work, a smaller engagement will serve you better.

### A strong fit when

- You are a funded founder or own a corporate new venture
- You want one accountable partner, not a portfolio of vendors
- You can decide weekly and approve budgets in writing
- You want evidence, including a clear no, before spending more

Before you pay, we check whether we can responsibly build the business you want. We confirm the lead, capabilities, specialist availability, budget and achievable commitments. If we are not the right people, we tell you upfront and decline or propose a narrower engagement.

### Better options if you want to stay in charge

## Venture Office: questions and complete conditions

Every condition behind the price and the guarantees, in plain language.

### What does the weekly fee of €40,000 include?

Done-for-you company building within one agreed charter: one venture, its initial segment, market and launch proposition, and one active product delivery stream. We execute and coordinate the required functions, with the actual team and weekly commitments agreed before booking.

### Do I have to start with the Venture Decision Sprint?

No. The sprint is optional and costs €35,000 fixed, net, for 10 business days from a booked, ready start. It delivers the venture thesis, the riskiest assumptions, a review of the available evidence, a prototype or concept where helpful, a bounded plan and budget, the test design and a build, pivot or stop recommendation. If your existing groundwork already covers this to an equivalent standard, we skip it. The sprint can recommend not building at all. It does not guarantee that participants respond or that demand exists, and it never rolls automatically into weekly billing.

### How does a Launch Contract work?

When a phase is defined well enough to fix, we quote it personally as a fixed price for that qualified scope. It replaces weekly billing entirely for that phase and includes the coordination, QA and launch work inside the scope. There is no universal price. Weekly cycles resume only if we both agree in writing. Each fixed milestone has written deliverables, acceptance checks and an identified satisfaction-protected fee.

### How much of my time will this take?

We aim for 45 minutes a week of routine review for you and your delegates, reading and async replies included. This is an operating target, not a measured average or a promise of zero effort. Allow 120 minutes for initial onboarding in addition to the weekly review rhythm; it is included in the professional fee. We agree the timing and any exceptional owner or operator sessions before booking. If our poor preparation causes two consecutive misses of the routine target, we improve it at no added fee and keep coordination with us.

### Which decisions stay with me?

You approve the venture objective, the budget and material changes, external spend, contracts and data access, legal and regulated decisions, the public launch and any residual risk. Wavect handles routine work within the authority you give us in writing. Silence never counts as approval for a contract, spend or risk.

### How does the satisfaction refund work?

If you are not blown away, ask for a refund. You do not have to explain your dissatisfaction, pass a qualification step or wait for a correction cycle first. We refund the latest paid weekly fee, or the agreed fixed-price milestone, within 10 business days after your request. Coverage follows the signed scope, deadline and identified fixed milestone; it is not an automatic refund of the whole project. Separately, you can cancel any future week with no exit fee and no long lock-in.

### What happens if delivered work fails?

This remedy is separate from the satisfaction refund, and neither is a prerequisite for the other. If work fails its agreed acceptance, we make one correction and retest within 5 business days. If the correction fails, we waive or return the unearned fees within 10 business days. If a failure on Wavect’s side makes a whole fixed-price package unusable, the remedy covers the whole package.

### How does Fast Lane priority work in the Venture Office?

More agreed work in the same week, or the same milestone sooner: Fast Lane funds reserved capacity and parallel execution. Fast Lane priority is included in the weekly fee, never added on top. Once readiness and capacity are confirmed, you can book an exact date for an eligible milestone. We put the standard date, the accelerated date and the same acceptance criteria in writing and allocate part of the fee as a refundable speed premium. Example: 3 weeks at €40,000 contain 3 × €5,000 = €15,000 of speed premium. If we miss the booked date, we refund the whole accumulated premium for that milestone within 10 business days, not only the last week’s share. Base work and your existing guarantees continue, and the same fee is never refunded twice. Without a booked milestone there is no speed premium promise, and research, market observation and vendor lead times cannot be compressed on command. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding Austrian public holidays, in Europe/Vienna. Dependency changes must be agreed transparently; Wavect staffing or overbooking does not excuse a missed date.

### How are market tests run, and what if nobody responds?

Before a test starts we agree in writing the hypothesis, audience, channel, recruitment, approved budget, test window, stop date, instrumentation and the evidence that will count. We perform the test and deliver valid observations with analysis. A clear lack of demand is a valid result. If too few people take part, we report the result as inconclusive instead of calling it validation. If we fail to launch or measure the test, that is our failure, not market uncertainty. Afterwards we recommend stopping, pivoting or testing again, each with your approval. We do not keep you paying for indefinite observation or more build when the evidence says stop.

### Who owns the product, code and evidence?

You do. No equity is required. Source code, accounts and research evidence stay under your control. Project IP transfers as agreed with payment, and background IP and third-party licences are named up front. Documentation and the operator handover are kept current throughout, and there is no stop fee or exit fee.

### Is Wavect my legal co-founder?

Not by default. We provide product and technology leadership at co-founder level, but we do not take equity, become a legal co-founder or found your legal entity unless that is agreed separately. Where you need legal, tax or regulated advice, we coordinate licensed professionals; we do not give that advice ourselves.

### Which costs are not included in the fee?

Media and advertising, participant incentives, cloud consumption, paid licences, lawyers, notaries, legal formation and specialist audits. They come from pass-through budgets you approve in advance. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no hidden markup. Wavect’s reserved delivery team is included in the professional fee. Hiring coordination does not include salaries, employer costs or recruitment-agency fees for people employed by your venture; these need a separately approved budget. You approve employment offers and contracts.

### Can you guarantee demand, revenue or funding?

No. We guarantee the work: tests run as agreed, measured properly and reported truthfully, backed by the refunds and remedies on this page. Whether the market wants the product is exactly what the tests are for.

### When can we start?

Before you pay, we check whether we can responsibly build the business you want. We confirm the lead, capabilities, specialist availability, budget and achievable commitments. If we are not the right people, we tell you upfront and decline or propose a narrower engagement.

### Are you building a company for me, or just the software?

We build and coordinate the venture for you across the functions your agreed charter needs: product, research, design, brand, engineering, QA, marketing, sales experiments, customer operations, hiring coordination and financial planning. For example, a marketplace needs customer journeys, a working product, seller and buyer onboarding, launch materials, acquisition tests and operating processes. We take responsibility for that execution and coordination, instead of leaving you to assemble departments. You retain ownership, budgets, legal decisions and launch approval. This is one funded venture with a named team and bounded commitments, not unlimited work or every department staffed full-time. Legal formation and licensed advice require separately agreed qualified professionals.

### What is measurable, and what money-back protection applies each week?

Before every booked week and fixed milestone, we record goals, deliverables, acceptance checks, dependencies, review date and covered fees. The weekly brief reports evidence against those commitments. Not satisfied? You can request your latest paid weekly fee or the agreed fixed-price milestone back, without explanation or waiting for correction; repayment is within 10 business days. Separately, failed acceptance gets one correction and retest within 5 business days, then unearned fees are waived or returned within 10 business days if it still fails. If our failure makes a whole fixed package unusable, its whole-package remedy applies. Written weekly goals do not make all historical weekly fees refundable. Market-test acceptance checks execution and valid measurement, not guaranteed sales or positive demand.

### Will you bring in experts and hire the people the venture needs?

We coordinate role planning, hiring and suitable specialists where the charter needs them. We involve experts from our expert network when useful and needed, subject to fit, qualifications and availability confirmed before booking. Wavect keeps coordination responsibility. People delivering the included capabilities are funded within the agreed professional fee. Licensed advice, independent audits and other explicitly excluded external services need separately approved budgets, scope and contracting authority before commissioning. If the capabilities or capacity are not a fit, we tell you before payment. Wavect’s reserved delivery team is included in the professional fee. Hiring coordination does not include salaries, employer costs or recruitment-agency fees for people employed by your venture; these need a separately approved budget. You approve employment offers and contracts.

If your existing groundwork already covers this to an equivalent standard, we skip it. The sprint can recommend not building at all. If we miss the booked date, we refund the whole accumulated premium for that milestone within 10 business days, not only the last week's share. Dependency changes must be agreed transparently; Wavect staffing or overbooking does not excuse a missed date."
