Technical SEO & Search Engineering

# Technical SEO that gets implemented in your codebase.

We inspect what search systems receive from your website, fix confirmed technical barriers and verify the deployed result. You receive implemented changes, reviewable evidence and checks for future releases.

ILLUSTRATIVE FIX

## One cause. A change you can verify.

1. **Observe** A German page points its canonical at the English version.
2. **Correct** Update the owning template and check the language relationship.
3. **Verify** Inspect the deployed pages and monitor the indexing report.

THE DIRECT ANSWER

Technical SEO implementation fixes the crawl, rendering, indexing and page-identity problems of an existing website. We connect a reproducible finding to a code or configuration change, then verify the result after release.

BEST FOR

- A marketing or product team with technical SEO findings that still need implementation.
- An existing multilingual website with indexing, rendering or URL problems.

ANOTHER SERVICE MAY FIT

- A complete website rebuild or CMS selection.
- A broader content and visibility strategy without a confirmed technical bottleneck.

## Start with the pages and behavior that matter

Agree the affected page types, languages, recent releases and expected behavior. Inspect the evidence before choosing a fix. Repository or CMS access, a deployment owner and relevant hosting configuration make implementation possible. Search Console and Bing access help confirm indexing behavior; unavailable evidence remains an explicit limit.

## Implement the confirmed technical findings

Choose the smallest change that addresses the cause. The work stays in the codebase or platform you already operate.

Access and rendering

Check HTTP responses, crawler controls, CDN behavior and the useful content in served and rendered HTML.

Page identity and discovery

Align canonicals, redirects, sitemaps and internal links with the pages you intend to publish.

Languages and metadata

Verify real language equivalents, reciprocal hreflang, page metadata and structured data that matches visible facts.

Performance and release checks

Diagnose relevant loading and interaction problems. Separate lab observations from field data and add focused regression checks.

## A multilingual fix with an observable result

Illustrative example: several German product pages incorrectly name their English versions as canonical. We record the affected pairs, correct the template and verify self-canonicals and reciprocal language references in the build and deployed responses. We then observe indexing reports. The fix is demonstrable; a specific ranking increase is not part of this example. Our [shared-slug and hreflang guide](/blog/english-slugs-vs-localized-urls-hreflang/) explains the related architecture.

## A bounded audit, then implementation and verification

Scope, price and acceptance are agreed before each phase. You can commission the assessment alone, give the findings to your team or have us implement the selected changes.

1. **Document the cause** - A prioritized finding record with affected URLs, reproduction steps and the evidence still needed.
2. **Review and release the change** - A focused diff, checks for affected pages and a release plan with the person responsible for recovery.
3. **Verify and hand over** - Inspect the deployed result and document remaining limitations, monitoring and ownership. Ongoing checks are a separate agreed scope.

## Keep engineering and the wider search strategy connected

Use [SEO & AI Visibility](/services/ai-visibility/) for buyer intent, content, evidence and ongoing visibility. A new website, CMS or broader migration belongs with [Website Development](/services/website-development/). We can support the technical search work around a migration without turning a targeted fix into a rebuild. Publishing, cloud costs and continuing support are scoped explicitly.

## Use the evidence the system can actually provide

Google can process JavaScript; server rendering is not a universal requirement. Other retrieval clients have their own capabilities. Test the relevant consumer and the actual content. [Google’s technical guidance for AI search](https://developers.google.com/search/docs/fundamentals/ai-optimization-guide) also distinguishes useful SEO fundamentals from optional AI files. Our [agent-readable website article](/blog/agent-readable-website-llms-txt-markdown-mirrors/) shows examples from our own publishing work.

## Website engineering you can inspect

Our multilingual site offers first-party publishing examples. The related client work supports website-engineering experience, not a measured SEO-results claim.

## Questions before you start

### Will you implement the recommendations?

Yes, within the agreed scope and access. We deliver changes in the existing stack and verify the affected behavior, or hand a usable finding record to your team.

### Do we have to move to Next.js or another CMS?

No. We investigate the cause first. A migration needs its own justification, scope and acceptance criteria.

### Does a JavaScript site always need server rendering for Google?

No. Google can process JavaScript. We check the actual rendering and indexing behavior, as well as the capabilities of any other consumer you want to serve.

### Can you support a website relaunch?

Yes. We can scope URL retention, redirects, canonicals, language references and launch checks. Design, content migration and CMS selection remain part of the wider website engagement.

### What does a passing build check prove?

It proves the conditions that check covers. Deployed access, indexing and external search selection require separate observations. A green build is not a ranking guarantee.

### What does it cost, and what happens afterwards?

Price follows the affected systems, page types and access. We agree assessment and implementation separately. Optional ongoing work names the checks, owner and review schedule; existing development or QA package prices do not automatically apply.
