## Working with Wavect in Salzburg

Startup Salzburg operates a network incubator across six service points and supports teams from idea development through market entry. That range matters because a fractional CPO only fits one part of it.

We join post-PMF, when there is enough customer evidence to delegate the product call. Before that, the founder should remain close to discovery. After that, a founder can become the bottleneck by approving every request and carrying every customer conversation alone.

We take the roadmap, discovery cadence, and prioritization. We do not take engineering under a CPO scope, and we do not promise that a local ecosystem connection equals product-market fit.
