## Working with Wavect in Linz

Linz describes its own economic transition as “from steel to digital”: industry, research, startups, and digital companies operating in the same region.

Product decisions in that environment can span operators, buyers, engineering, suppliers, compliance, and physical workflows. The loudest request may come from the biggest customer or the most senior internal stakeholder, not from the strongest product evidence.

The CPO job is to create one decision model across those voices. We own discovery, product outcomes, and prioritization. Engineering and production remain the CTO’s scope.

If the real workflow cannot be understood remotely, yes. We scope on-site interviews or observation as a paid add-on. The purpose is product evidence, not a ceremonial site visit.
