## Define what the team owns

We agree the product area, backlog authority, engineering responsibilities and dependencies on your organization. Your product owner sets priorities and accepts business outcomes; Wavect coordinates the agreed delivery work. ## Make progress visible in the product

Work is broken into demonstrable increments with acceptance criteria. Reviews include functioning software, tests appropriate to the change, deployment readiness and unresolved decisions. Estimates state their assumptions. Design, QA and operations responsibilities are explicit, including specialist participation where agreed. A backlog change is discussed against capacity and priorities so urgent requests do not silently displace committed work.

## Work inside a system your organization can own

Repositories, deployment accounts and documentation stay accessible to you. We agree review rights, environment access, incident boundaries and collaboration hours before the first release. For an example subscription product, the first milestone might let an administrator update billing details and see the confirmed result.
