## Agree what the brand must communicate

We review the offer, customer conversations, current materials and the competitive context you operate in. The working brief identifies audience, buying situations, differentiators and claims that need evidence. We make those choices explicit before design. ## Build a message hierarchy people can repeat

The verbal system describes your promise, supporting messages, tone and language to avoid. We write representative headlines and short explanations so stakeholders can judge the voice in use. ## Choose a direction through real applications

Visual concepts are shown in agreed situations, such as a website header, sales document or product introduction. We assess legibility, small-size use, contrast and consistency across light and dark backgrounds. Feedback is consolidated through a named decision maker. The chosen direction becomes a logo system, typography and color guidance with specified applications.

## Illustrative review: a specialist offer becomes legible

Consider an imaginary supplier whose home page lists ten unrelated capabilities. The positioning work selects a primary buyer and problem, then tests whether a short introduction communicates both. The identity is applied to that introduction and a sales sheet. Reviewers check comprehension and consistency against the brief; this is an example of evaluation, not a sales-result claim.

## Give the team rules it can actually follow

The handover includes editable master files, export formats, message guidance, usage examples and a register of third-party fonts or assets. Our rights in the original work transfer to your company on payment, with no rights retained by Wavect. Third-party fonts and assets keep their own licence terms, identified before use. Trademark clearance and legal registration require the appropriate advisers. ## Questions before you start

### Can we keep the existing logo?

Yes. The work may refine positioning, messaging and applications while retaining a recognizable logo. A redesign is a decision based on the brief, not an automatic deliverable.

### How many concepts and revisions are included?

We agree the exploration depth, review rounds and decision points before work starts. Additional directions or a changed brief are scoped explicitly.

### Do you write the whole website?

Representative messaging and agreed launch copy can be included. A complete website, content migration or ongoing editorial program needs its own scope.

### Can you support several languages?

Yes, for agreed languages and markets. The work checks whether the promise and voice make sense locally; trademark and naming checks remain separate specialist work.
