Web3 & Blockchain

Web3 & Blockchain Development

Production Web3 engineering for products that hold money, move assets and serve real users. We've been in the trenches on mainnet. No fluff, No BS.

Cancel any week. Last week refunded if we didn't blow you away. No hours tracked.

  • 6 chains LightBridge, Boba Network's official bridge, live across six networks See the case study
  • $1M+ Moving through it, secured in production See the case study
  • 3 SDKs Backend, contract and frontend, reverse-engineered from undocumented infrastructure See the case study
  • MetaMask Account abstraction brought natively into the wallet users already trust See the case study

What We Do

From smart contracts to complex decentralized systems, we build blockchain solutions that drive real business value. Each capability below has a dedicated page with costs, architecture and the production evidence behind it.

Decentralized Applications

Full-stack dApps that connect users to on-chain functionality through an interface they can actually use.

  • NFT marketplaces
  • DeFi dashboards
  • DAO governance platforms
  • Web3 social networks

Blockchain Payment Systems

Crypto payment infrastructure, including the unglamorous parts around the edges.

  • Cross-chain payment processors
  • Crypto POS integrations
  • Fiat on and off ramps
  • Subscription payment systems

Scaling and L2

Layer 2 and app-specific infrastructure, chosen against your actual throughput.

  • Optimistic rollup integration
  • ZK rollup implementation
  • App-specific chains
  • Throughput and cost modelling

Chains We Ship On

Chain-agnostic on purpose. We will say when moving chain is right and when it is tribalism.

  • EVM L1 and L2: Ethereum, Optimism, Arbitrum, Base, Polygon, zkSync
  • Non-EVM: Solana, NEAR, Internet Computer
  • Cosmos, Polkadot, TON where the users are
  • Honest read on whether a new chain helps at all

How do we approach Web3 projects?

We use blockchain where it earns its cost and say so when it does not. The proof is on mainnet rather than in a deck: LightBridge is Boba Network’s official bridge across six networks with $1M+ moving through it, with Boba Network’s team we shipped three production Hybrid Compute SDKs against undocumented infrastructure and brought account abstraction natively into MetaMask. Go deeper on smart contract development, account abstraction, Web3 wallets or cross-chain bridges. We do not sell audits: we prepare the code, coordinate an independent third-party auditor, and fix the findings.

// 03

When you should not use blockchain at all

When centralised infrastructure already solves the problem. When the only argument on the table is that investors want a token. When the user experience would suffer from a wallet handshake you cannot justify with a real transfer of value. When the data does not need to be censorship-resistant, publicly verifiable, or interoperable with other on-chain systems. We turn down blockchain projects that fail that filter, because it is cheaper for everyone than discovering it six months in.

For technical questions on blockchain and NFT, I always come back to Kevin. He has familiarized himself very well in this area, and the expertise he brings is certainly essential for projects like these. I can only recommend everyone get in touch with Kevin on these topics.

FAQs

Honest answers about Web3 delivery

End any week, with one message. No notice period, no exit interview, no fine print. We invoice weekly, so the most you’re ever committed to is the current week.
It’s in your contract: tell us, and we refund that week. No questions, no invoices to dispute, no calls to escalate. The only rule: refunds apply to the most recent week.
Because hours are the wrong metric. If we optimize for hours billed, we do not optimize for your outcome. The deal is simpler: every week has a defined result, and we earn the next week by delivering it. You pay for progress against that result, not for a timesheet.
We work with operators, not lottery winners. If a request would require breaking physics, the law, or a third party’s systems, we say so, and if we can’t align, we walk. The guarantee is mutual: you can fire us any week; we can also fire ourselves.
Yes, and that is where most of the value is. Account abstraction, social logins, gasless transactions and embedded wallets make Web3 feel like Web2. We have built MetaMask Snaps, smart accounts and hybrid backends that keep the on-chain integrity while hiding the crypto complexity from the end user.
If value has to move between chains, start at cross-chain bridges , though the honest answer is often that you should not build one. If users need gasless transactions or recovery, start at account abstraction . If they need to hold assets, start at Web3 wallets . If the logic itself is the product, start at smart contract development . Each page carries its own costs, architecture and production evidence.
On EVM: private mempools (Flashbots Protect, MEV Blocker), commit-reveal schemes where ordering matters, batch auctions for swaps, and slippage controls with sane defaults. For protocols handling real volume we route critical transactions through Flashbots bundles to prevent inclusion attacks. We also model adversarial scenarios in Foundry invariants. MEV is not theoretical, so we treat it as a first-class threat from day one.
