THE DEEP-DIVE ## What happens in the on-site or remote check Not a classic workshop, not general consulting. A hands-on company check that understands how AI is really used day to day. 1. **Kick-off** - 45 to 60 minutes with management and key people: goals, relevant departments, sensitive areas and the confidentiality frame. 2. **Optional staff survey** - Anonymous and voluntary. It shows how AI is actually used, not just what is officially known. 3. **Tool and cost analysis** - Which tools are licensed, which run informally, what does it cost, and are paid tools even used? 4. **Context management and token spend** - Where do long prompts, duplicate input and the wrong models drive up cost? We run every Deep-Dive personally and hands-on, not off a template. That only works in limited numbers. Until then, you receive only your own result and no market benchmark is claimed. #### Benchmark publication rules - At least 15 completed, consented and deduplicated company assessments are required before any aggregate is published. - Only aggregate scores and distributions are reported. Any subgroup with fewer than five companies is suppressed. - The report names the questionnaire version, collection dates, eligible cohort, exclusions and missing responses. - The cohort is self-selected and Tirol-focused. Results describe participants only and are not presented as representative of Austrian SMEs. This is the kind of analysis we normally do on a paid basis.
