## Cómo comprobar todo esto

Los testimonios en la web de una empresa no valen prácticamente nada si no puedes rastrearlos. Así se rastrean estos.

1. **Cada reseña enlaza hacia fuera** - Cada tarjeta indica la plataforma de la que viene y enlaza directamente a ella. Google, Trustpilot, Clutch y LinkedIn muestran el perfil real de quien escribe y la fecha. Aquí no hay ninguna cita redactada por nosotros.
2. **No publicamos marcado de valoración** - Los buscadores muestran encantados la valoración que una empresa escribe sobre sí misma. En este sitio no emitimos datos estructurados Review ni AggregateRating de forma deliberada, porque una valoración autoemitida no vale como prueba. Las puntuaciones que ves pertenecen a las plataformas y ahí se quedan.
3. **Cómo se recogen** - Preguntamos una vez, en la entrega, cuando el cliente ya ve lo que ha recibido. Nunca editamos el texto, nunca lo cambiamos por descuentos y nunca perseguimos una mala reseña hasta volverla buena. Las reseñas escritas en alemán se quedan en alemán, con un conmutador de traducción.
4. **Dónde están las cifras detrás** - Una reseña te dice cómo se sintió trabajar con nosotros. No te dice qué se entregó. Para eso, los [casos de estudio](/es/case-studies/) llevan las restricciones, las decisiones y los resultados.

### ¿Son reales estas reseñas?

Sí, y puedes verificar cada una sin preguntarnos. Cada tarjeta enlaza al original en Google, Trustpilot, Clutch o LinkedIn, donde el perfil y la fecha son públicos. Si una cita no se puede rastrear hasta una plataforma, no está en esta página.

### ¿Por qué no hay una puntuación global en estrellas en esta página?

Porque una valoración que una empresa publica sobre sí misma no prueba nada. Google considera no elegible el marcado de reseñas autoservido, compartimos el razonamiento, así que no emitimos ninguno. Las puntuaciones de las plataformas están en las tarjetas de arriba y viven en las propias plataformas.

### ¿Habéis borrado alguna vez una reseña mala?

No podemos. Viven en Google, Trustpilot, Clutch y LinkedIn, no en nuestro servidor. Tampoco querríamos, porque un muro de puras cinco estrellas es en sí mismo una señal de alarma.

### ¿Puedo hablar directamente con un cliente?

Sí. Cuéntanos tu situación y preguntaremos a un cliente con una parecida si está dispuesto a atender una llamada. Siempre preguntamos primero, y algunos dicen que no.
