# Odoo AI workflow release-evidence register

This is an unexecuted planning asset for the fictional STOCK-NOTE-01 internal stock-exception note. It is not an Odoo module, migration result, certification or measured AI test. No production data, credentials or client experience are represented.

Copy the eight rows for each workflow. Replace the example workflow identifier and define the actual source and target versions, route, owners and expected behavior. A documentation read is not an execution result. Reference approved evidence without copying secrets or unnecessary personal data into the register.

## Proposed status conventions

- NOT_RUN: the observation or exercise has not happened.
- PASS: the expected condition was observed and the row was reviewed.
- FAIL: actual evidence contradicts the expected condition.
- BLOCKED: a required exercise cannot currently proceed; record the blocker and owner.
- N/A: the row is inapplicable; retain a reason and reviewer.

These are team conventions, not Odoo field values. Empty observations and approvals must stay empty until evidence exists. A green row is not an automated production-readiness certificate. The named process owner decides whether the bounded workflow can resume.

## Test-route discipline

Record disabled, simulated and actually exercised paths separately. Official Odoo 20 neutralization documentation lists planned actions and IAP tokens among disabled features. A manual exercise does not establish scheduled execution. A simulated provider failure does not prove a real request route works. Do not enable every disabled production integration to fill a register.

Use synthetic or approved test data and a specifically authorized test route. Record account references, destinations, spending limits, permitted writes and stop ownership. Do not put API keys in this file.

## Evidence retention

Keep failed observations and references to the recheck. Tie the final approval to its workflow, configuration, route and scope. An accepted manual draft path does not authorize an added unattended write path. Define what changes require a fresh review.
