## Fractional CTO vor Ort in Graz

Die SFG beschreibt die Steiermark als zweitstärkste Startup-Region Österreichs und hebt Deep Tech, akademische Spin-offs, Industrietechnologie, Produktion, Hardware, Energie, Mobilität, Life Sciences und Software hervor. Das ist regionaler Kontext, keine Behauptung, Wavect habe in jedem dieser Bereiche gearbeitet.

In diesem Umfeld liegt die CTO-Herausforderung häufig zwischen technischer Machbarkeit und Produktionsverantwortung. Ein Prototyp kann beeindrucken und dennoch ohne Release-Verantwortung, klare Sicherheitsgrenzen, Monitoring oder einen Weg vom Pilotprojekt zum wartbaren Produkt dastehen.

Genau an dieser Grenze steigen wir ein. Wir ersetzen weder Fachwissenschaftler noch Engineers. Wir verantworten die technischen Entscheidungen, die mehrere Disziplinen verbinden.

Zuerst trennen wir Forschungsrisiken sauber von Engineering-Risiken.

1. **Die Grenze zum Produktivbetrieb bestimmen** - Wir halten fest, was belegt, noch experimentell oder zugeliefert ist und welche Fehler einen Piloten oder Rollout stoppen würden.
2. **Die nächste technische Evidenz priorisieren** - Architektur, Zuverlässigkeit, Sicherheit, Performance und Integration werden am nächsten kommerziellen Meilenstein ausgerichtet.
3. **Jede Schnittstelle erhält eine klare Verantwortung** - Wir ordnen Entscheidungen internen Engineers, Forschungspartnern und Lieferanten zu, damit Integration nicht allen und damit letztlich niemandem gehört.
