Fractional Co-Founder ist Wavects Flagship-Service und genau das, wonach es klingt. Wir embedden auf dem Level eines Co-Founders: Produktstrategie, technische Architektur, Sprint-Planung, Kundengespräche, Beirats-Prep. In Rollenbegriffen ist es meist ein fractional [CTPO](/de/glossary/ctpo/), Produkt und Technologie unter einem Hals. Wir kommen nicht mit getrackten Stunden. Wir kommen mit dem Ergebnis.

Pricing: 400 EUR pro Woche, wöchentlich kündbar, keine Frist, keine Exit-Gebühr. Wenn wir dich nicht überzeugen, wird die letzte Woche zurückerstattet. Wir machen das, weil der falsche Fit beide Seiten teuer kommt. Ein sauber endender Zwei-Wochen-Pilot ist ein besseres Ergebnis als ein sechsmonatiger Vertrag, der sich dahinschleppt.

Beispiel, wann das die richtige Form ist: Ein nicht-technischer Founder hat Umsatz, heuert aber immer wieder Agenturen an, die das Falsche bauen, weil niemand im Inneren das Briefing hinterfragen kann. Ein Fractional Co-Founder sitzt zwischen ihm und den Buildern, verantwortet die Roadmap, trifft die Architekturentscheidungen und sagt dem Founder, wann das Feature, an dem er emotional hängt, die falsche Wette ist. Diese Haltung, Eigentümer statt Contractor, ist der ganze Unterschied zum [Fractional CTO](/de/glossary/fractional-cto/), der technische Autorität abdeckt, aber nicht das Produkt- und Eigentümergewicht trägt.

Die österreichische rechtliche Nuance: Das wird als freier Dienstvertrag engagiert, nicht als Werkvertrag, weil wir laufendes Urteilsvermögen und Verfügbarkeit schulden statt eines fixen Werks, und anders als ein echter Co-Founder gibt es standardmäßig keine Equity und keinen Cap-Table-Eintrag.
