Scramble ist eine Multi-Chain-Krypto-Wallet für vereinfachte Selbstverwaltung. Kaufen, verkaufen, Assets inklusive NFTs handeln, mit Cross-Chain-Swaps und Fiat-On/Off-Ramp, für Browser und Mobile.

## Was ist die Herausforderung?

Zielnutzer: 50+, nicht-krypto-nativ. Seed-Phrasen, Gas Fees, Chain-Selektoren waren Feinde, keine Features. Knappes Budget. Enkrypt geforkt, um Grundlagenarbeit zu sparen. Ihren Bug-Backlog mit übernommen. Tron als erste Non-EVM-Chain rein, Extension in jedem gängigen Browser, dieselbe Wallet auf beiden Mobilplattformen.

## Welche Entscheidung haben wir getroffen?

### Eine Wallet für Nutzer, die nicht wissen, was eine Seed-Phrase ist, auf jeder Oberfläche, die sie benutzen.

> Die Vorgabe prägte alles: Nutzer ab 50, die echtes Geld bewegen, aber noch nie `0x` getippt haben. Wir haben Enkrypt geforkt, um uns ein Jahr Grundlagenarbeit zu sparen, und ihren Bug-Backlog als Steuer Release für Release geerbt. Wir haben sie abgebaut. Tron rein als erste Non-EVM-Chain. Die Extension auf jedem gängigen Browser. Dann iOS und Android über mehrere Wege. Für diese Nutzerschaft hätte ein einzelner Store-Eintrag nie gereicht.

## Was wir gemacht haben

50+ nicht-krypto-native Nutzer, knappes Budget, geerbter Enkrypt-Bug-Backlog und Security-Schuld. Wir haben vor neuen Features das Fundament zuerst gefixt: Audit-Remediation, Barrierefreiheit, browserübergreifender Support. Enkrypt geforkt, Tron als erste Non-EVM-Chain integriert, einen langen Tail von Bugs und Security-Findings geschlossen, NFTs, Fiat-On/Off-Ramp, jeden gängigen Browser, plus iOS und Android über mehrere Distributionswege.

## Was wir gelernt haben

Eine Produktions-Wallet zu forken schlägt eine neu zu bauen, aber der versteckte Preis ist die geerbte Schuld: die ursprünglichen Audit-Findings werden deine. Wir planen jetzt bei jedem Wallet-Fork verpflichtend einen Audit-Durchlauf und einen browserübergreifenden Sweep ein.
