PromptID ist eine AI-native EdTech-Plattform für Arbeitgeber und Universitäten. Sie prüft Lernende, indem sie den Gedankengang analysiert, statt Auswendiglernen zu belohnen. Ein proprietärer Algorithmus treibt die Assessment-Engine an.

## Was ist die Herausforderung?

Mitten im Build bewegte sich der Markt und der Zeitplan schrumpfte um einen Monat. Pilotgespräche und Investor-Demos standen im Kalender. LLM-Agnostizismus, intuitive UX, produktionsreif ab Tag eins, nichts davon verhandelbar. Der Monat musste aus dem Scope kommen, nicht aus der Qualität.

## Welche Entscheidung haben wir getroffen?

### Ursprünglicher Zeitplan um einen Monat verkürzt. QA blieb scharf.

> Der ursprüngliche Gantt hatte am Ende einen Monat QA und Testing. Der Markt nahm diesen Monat, wir mussten früher produktionsreif sein. Der Reflex wäre, Test-Strenge zu kürzen. Wir kürzten stattdessen Feature-Scope. Die Produktionsqualität blieb gehalten, indem wir die Oberfläche schrumpften, nicht die Testzeit. Die Investoren-Demos und Pilotgespräche im Kalender bekamen, was sie brauchten.

## Was wir gemacht haben

Der Zeitplan schrumpfte mitten im Build um einen Monat. Wir kürzten Feature-Scope, nicht QA, und hielten die Produktionslatte. NestJS API mit BullMQ-Eval-Queue, NextJS-Frontend, LangChain, damit Modell-Wechsel Konfigurationssache bleiben, Kubernetes-Autoscaling. Pilot- und Investor-Demo-bereit in sechs Wochen ausgeliefert, als der Markt es brauchte, nicht als der Gantt es sagte.

## Architecture & Flows

### Produktionsarchitektur

NestJS-API + Eval-Worker auf Kubernetes (autoskaliert), Postgres und Redis als Managed Services, S3 für Uploads. LangChain orchestriert modell-agnostische LLM-Aufrufe; die proprietäre Assessment-Engine und der Reasoning-Eval-Pfad sind gelb hervorgehoben. End-to-end mit Terraform provisioniert.

## Was wir gelernt haben

Modell-Agnostizismus zahlt sich schnell aus. Die Landschaft verschiebt sich ständig, und LangChains Abstraktion machte Modell-Wechsel zur Konfigurationsänderung. Kubernetes-Autoscaling verdiente sich seinen Platz: kein Overprovisioning, aber das System fing Lastspitzen in Sekunden ab.
