Afoma ist ein Live-Marketplace, der Richtung [Web3](/de/glossary/web3/) erweitert. Der Kunde wollte On-Chain-Primitive einziehen, ohne die Experience für Nutzer kaputtzumachen, die nicht wissen, was eine Wallet ist.

## Was ist die Herausforderung?

Web3 in einen Live-Marketplace zu integrieren ist selten der schwere Teil. Es für Nicht-Krypto-Nutzer nativ wirken zu lassen, ist es. Die Integration musste die Onboarding-Hürde senken: Social Login, das einfach funktioniert, Wallet-Erstellung versteckt hinter vertrauter Auth, null Krypto-Jargon im Flow. Ohne zu stören, was bereits lief.

## Welche Entscheidung haben wir getroffen?

### Die Migration der bestehenden Nutzerbasis war nicht verhandelbar.

> Social Login war nicht die ganze Aufgabe. Die bestehende Nutzerbasis mussten wir in den neuen Auth-Flow migrieren, ohne Accounts, Verlauf oder Vertrauen zu verlieren. Ein Bruch dort hätte Churn bedeutet, den kein On-Chain-Feature wettmacht. Wir haben die Migration als vollwertiges Deliverable behandelt: parallele Auth-Flows nebeneinander, stille Wallet-Erstellung beim ersten Social-Login, kein erzwungenes Re-Onboarding. Die On-Chain-Schicht ging live. Die bestehenden Nutzer haben es kaum bemerkt.

## Was wir gemacht haben

Live-Marketplace, On-Chain-Schicht ergänzt, ohne dass der Nutzer die Naht bemerkt. Wir starteten mit Web3 Social Login, nicht mit einem Wallet-Connector. Vertraute Auth trägt den Nutzer über die Grenze, die Wallet wird still dahinter erstellt. Social-Login-getriebene Onboarding-Flows, On-Chain-Anbindung unter dem Marketplace, laufende Beratung zu Web3-Strategie und Produktrichtung. Power-User-Wallet-Features verschoben. Die bestehende Nutzerbasis konnte ohne Umschulung weiterarbeiten.

## Was wir gelernt haben

Der schnellste Weg, einen Nicht-Krypto-Nutzer zu verlieren: ihn fühlen lassen, dass er Krypto benutzt. Die Web3-Schicht muss in der bestehenden UX verschwinden, nicht daran angeschraubt werden. Social Login war der richtige Einstieg: Marketplace-Flow intakt, On-Chain-Tür leise auf.
