Only partially. We are a custom software agency. They are a product company shipping Localmind, an on-prem LLM. The overlap is the AI delivery conversation. We are sometimes the partner that builds the product around their LLM. Sometimes the customer needs us instead of them, sometimes both, sometimes neither.
Technically yes. LLM choice is the customer’s, including on-prem ones. We have not delivered a Localmind integration specifically (as of 2026). The integration shape would be similar to other on-prem LLM integrations we have done.
No. We are a services agency, not a product company. If your hard requirement is an on-prem LLM you can buy and deploy, Morgendigital and similar vendors are the right path.
Their public offer centres on the on-prem LLM and the configuration and integration work around it. Whole-product builds outside the LLM scope (mobile apps, complex frontend products) are not their stated focus as of 2026.
Different shapes. Morgendigital sells a product (licence + integration). Wavect sells a bespoke build (weekly retainer €400 to €20,000 or fixed-price Werkvertrag from €3,500). Direct comparison is only meaningful inside a specific scope.
