MyMerch is a German merchandise and print-on-demand brand based at the Chiemsee. They sell custom apparel and branded goods through Shopify across more than 10 storefronts.

## What's the challenge?

MyMerch was losing money in two places. Delivery had recurring human errors that cost real money per wrong shipment. The Shopify storefront leaked conversion. They needed outside eyes to decide what to fix first, not a vendor pitching a six-month rewrite of a business that already worked.

## What call did we make?

### Big problems, small fixes, on purpose.

We named the two or three handoffs causing the pain, automated the manual delivery steps, ran surgical Shopify Liquid work to lift conversion.

## What We Did

A working Shopify business losing margin in two specific places. We refused to rewrite anything. Hunted down and automated the manual delivery steps where human errors kept happening. Targeted Shopify Liquid work to lift conversion via the small fixes that compound. Regular sessions on what to fix next, what to leave alone, what to escalate. Efficiency back, conversion up, no rewrite tax.

## What We Learned

On a working Shopify business the best outcomes don’t come from a rewrite. They come from picking two or three places to apply effort: kill the manual handoffs causing delivery errors, lift storefront conversion with surgical changes, keep an outside voice in prioritisation.
