Confirm the actual QA scope instead of assuming that every service described on a company website is included in your project.

Qualysoft's service page above combines business application development with testing. Its listed QA scope includes functional, integration, performance and regression tests.
Our fit assessment: consider Qualysoft when a business workflow spans several applications. Ask the team to demonstrate how it will test the entire workflow, including a delayed response, rejected input and recovery after an interruption. Clarify which connected systems the delivery team can test directly and which depend on your other vendors.
4. TechTalk: a shortlist option for agile development and testing
TechTalk's agile testing offering describes manual and automated tests, specification by example and collaboration between development and testing.
Our fit assessment: consider TechTalk when product requirements need to become concrete test examples throughout delivery. Ask for an example showing how a business rule becomes an acceptance test, who maintains it after a requirement changes, and how the result reaches the person accepting the release.

For example, a customer portal brief could ask for evidence that a user sees only their own invoices, a changed role receives the correct access, and an interrupted submission can be retried safely. Ask each agency how it would verify those three behaviors. This is a proposed buying exercise, not a benchmark or a completed test of the listed providers.

What if the agency uses AI to write software?
Make acceptance evidence the common language. Ask which human takes responsibility for reviewing changes, which tests check user-visible behavior, and how the team reproduces a reported defect. The number of agents or generated lines is not an acceptance criterion for your product.

Choosing an Austrian development and QA partner from Germany or Switzerland
If you are buying from Germany or Switzerland, compare the proposed delivery arrangement: working language, meeting cadence, the people assigned to your project and how your team accepts releases. Ask who can attend any required on-site sessions and which tests need access to your own systems. An Austrian company address alone does not answer those questions.
